2. Services Offered
Military Spec Cleaning offers professional cleaning services for events and parties. We provide 2-hour, 4-hour, and VIP (6-hour) cleaning options tailored to your specific needs. Our general cleaning focuses on kitchen/food/prep areas, bathrooms, living spaces, floors, and trash removal.
3. Booking and Hours of Operation
Clients may only book cleaning sessions of 2 hours, 4 hours, or more for homes sized between 900 sqft and 4500 sqft. For larger floor plans, clients are required to submit a form with details to receive a customized quote. Our hours of operation are 24/7, allowing you to schedule a cleaning session that best suits your needs.
4. VIP Cleaning
VIP cleaning services are specifically designed for waxing and scrubbing floors in larger spaces. If your cleaning requirements include floor maintenance beyond general cleaning, our VIP cleaning option is recommended.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.
6. Liability and Damages
While we take utmost care during our cleaning services, Military Spec Cleaning and its staff will not be held liable for any damages or losses that may occur during the cleaning process. We recommend clients secure and store any valuable or fragile items prior to our arrival.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information with the utmost confidentiality. Your personal data, including phone number, email address, and location, will only be used for the purpose of providing our cleaning services and will not be shared with third parties.
